As of October 3, 2025, the U.S. Department of Transportation issued an Interim Final Rule that requires all existing DBE and ACDBE certifications to be re-evaluated. Certifications appearing in this directory are currently under review and may not be used to meet contract goals or counted for compliance purposes until recertification is complete. Please look out for communications regarding the anticipated timeline for our agency to complete re-evaluations.
